I am still in Mumbai staying with Emma and I write to say how much I enjoyed the trip your organised for me to Rajasthan. Everything ran very smoothly and I feel I was particularly lucky to have Lal Singh as my driver. He really was excellent - a good driver, very professional, enthusiastic, knowledgable and good company. He was always concerned for my welfare.

The hotels were well chosen and I did meet your representative in Delhi. The hotel in Agra was very good and well-positioned to see the Taj Mahal. It was my bad luck that the heavy mist in the morning blocked it from sight! I'm glad I stayed in the Alsisar Haveli - a more typical hotel and very attractive. Obviously the star rating was not as high as the two other hotels. Your representative tried several times to meet me but I was always out and about!

I was impressed with the guides provided for the various monuments.

I would certainly recommend your company to any family and friends coming to India and, in fact, have done so already.

APPRECIATION LETTERS

Hello Avinash,

Thank you for your explanation, I obviously mislaid your email about Ahilya pricing., but, believe me, it was worth every penny!
As for the air condionning, it wasn't that it didn't work : they don't have it installed at all...!

I did see that the twin beds were requested on all the vouchers, except for the Taj Mumbai where it said "queen" bed on the voucher, I didn't realise that twin beds were so difficult to obtain in India!

I also want to thank you for the delicious sweets you presented us with in Mumbai, that was very kind of you, I hope you had a good Devali too?

Again, all went very smoothly and we really appreciated your helpful organisation. I will definately be back as soon as my finances permit...!
